Team members

Dr. Torleif A. Tollefsen is the CEO of TEGma AS. He holds a PhD in Applied Micro- and Nanosystems from the University of Southeast Norway (USN) and an Executive Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School. Dr. Tollefsen has extensive experience within R&D, technology and product development. He is the former CTO of TEGma and has previously worked at FMC Technologies, SINTEF Digital, University of Agder and Norwegian Well.

Dr. Ole Grimsrud is VP of Research and Development at Scatec AS. With a PhD in physics from Cornell University, Dr. Grimsrud has worked in the renewable energy sector for over 15 years, first at REC and more recently at Scatec. He now provides business insight, technology assessment and strategy within TEGma.

Frode holds a MSc in Engineering design from UIT The Arctic University of Norway. Mr Sjåvik is an experienced product engineer for pressure vessels and process machines/systems. His previous positions include Product engineer responsible at National Oilwell Varco, consulting engineer mechanical at Teknikk & Prosjekt. Frode also has experience as a Maintenance worker / welder.

Peder is educated in machinery and ships automation. He has extensive experience from the maritime and industrial sector with positions as ship machinist, technical engineer and project manager. He has previously worked at Pon Power (Caterpillar), Huse Engineering and Vard.

Benjamin holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering & Automation from the University of Southeast Norway (USN). He has experience as a Project Engineer within electrical engineering and automation in the maritime industry and has previously works at Auto Maskin, Clean Marine and Kongsberg Maritime.
